Vice President of Operations

Sabrina joined Heartland Dental in July 2003 and brought with her a vast experience in the dental industry, both in and outside of the dental support organization, including more than 20 years of operations and clinical experience in dental practice management. She worked in both a solo and large group practice before signing on to Heartland Dental as a practice administrator. Later, she was selected as one of the original ten regional directors of operations.

Now as Vice President of Operations, she focuses on supporting the growth and development of Heartland’s Regional Directors of Operations. She leads the integration of ADPI regions while working closely with Doctors, Hygienists, Managers and Directors. Sabrina also supports the ESTEEM Dental Implant Leader Team while growing the brand.

Sabrina holds a degree from Apollo College of Medical and Dental Careers.

Dr. Foster has been married for 17 years to his beautiful wife, Colynn Foster. They have 3 children and Colynn homeschools the kids and coaches at 615 Sports Training in Mt. Juliet. Dr. Foster is one of 4 dentists in his family (his father, his brother, and aunt are also dentists).

He has a great love for Jesus and his family attends Joy Church in Mt. Juliet, TN. He says he finds immense peace and joy from his Faith in God. He leads a dental mission trip to Honduras every year with the team here at Gallatin Dental Care. This year will be his 11th year traveling to Honduras. This year is special because he is leading a team of 15 dentists to serve at the orphanage. Mission work is one of the main reasons Dr. Foster became a dentist.

He enjoys traveling and teaching new dentists techniques and skills to help them kick-start their careers. He strives to be a mentor to new dentists whenever he has the opportunity. He believes God has blessed him and it is his responsibility to bless others.

He enjoys doing home projects with his wife and they both enjoy traveling the world together experiencing new cultures and foods. When he is not traveling or working on the house, he enjoys playing the piano, golf, fishing, boating, flying his drone, hiking, rock-climbing, and video games with his kids.

Dr. Julie Galloway takes on the crucial role of Treasurer, bringing financial acumen and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.  Her expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the Foundation's fiscal responsibility and sustainability.

Leo Wheat, DMD currently resides in Newnan, Georgia with his wife and children. He is retired from the U.S. Air Force and serves as the Chairman of the board for Arlington Christian School, and is involved with Men Stopping Violence, an organization dedicated to ending men's violence against women. He is also a member of the Georgia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and the Georgia Dental Society.

Maha has been in the dental industry for over 10 years. She started her career as a hygiene assistant and transitioned to various roles within dental practices, such as surgical assistant, business assistant, AR specialist, and office manager. Maha joined Heartland in 2018 as a Practice Manager of Operations in Maryland and later supported that region as a Regional Manager of Operations before transitioning into the role in Arizona. Maha will be supporting the North Carolina region as a Regional Director of Operations. She has a passion for developing others to do the work they love and what brings them joy.

Maha has been married to her husband Juan for 5 years and they love exploring new parts of the world. She has lived in NYC, Buffalo, Maryland, and Arizona and looks forward to planting some roots in North Carolina.
